Hol, Ål, and Flå municipalities offer grants to residents who want to buy/build a home in the municipality. See the individual websites for more info:
Ål municipality – NOK 300,000 in housing grants for first-time buyers aged 20-40.
Hol municipality – Housing grants for first-time buyers: The grant amounts to 10% of the construction/purchase cost, up to a maximum of NOK 100,000 per home.
Flå municipality – Grants for young home seekers: The grant is 5% of the construction/purchase cost, up to a maximum of NOK 100,000 per home.
