The team behind the establishment center
Erik Leander Paule
Erik moved to Hallingdal in 2020 with the ambition to renovate and run a hotel and restaurant at Liatoppen. His background spans several years in craftsmanship and landscaping. He has been active in management, sales, and administration since 1998. Erik has also led several companies in various sectors, including telecommunications, automotive industry, office supplies, tools, sports, as well as the hotel and restaurant industry. Erik has a deep love for mountains and outdoor life – whether he is by a fishing lake, skiing, or engaged in other outdoor activities. He is also an avid traveler both nationally and internationally. General Manager of Hallingdal Establishment Center since 2023.
Nina Aamot
Worked as a project manager for Hallinggründer since May 2021 Educated as a copywriter, literary scholar, and concept developer Worked 15 years in the advertising industry Ran several own companies as a content producer, PR advisor, and concept developer Originally from Hallingdal with a heart for people in the district who build their own workplace! Besides work, it's skiing, mountains, and outdoor life – right over the doorstep.
